We wanted everyone to be satisfied with their purchase from us.

You may return your order for exchange only under the following conditions:

• Must provide your order number as proof of purchase from our website

• Returns must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.

• Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags original attached.

All sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for an exchange.

To make an exchange:

Please email hello@sandmonsterkids.com within 10 days of purchasing your order with the following details:

• Name and Contact Information including Phone Number and Email

• Order number

• Product purchased including style, size, color

• Reason for exchange

Once we review your request, WE will contact you to complete the exchange.

Please allow for 5-7 business days to process. 

we do not cover the costs of return shipping for the exchange.
